Aureus Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd. "AEH" is a Singapore-based investment holding company for energy transition ventures in both in energey infrastructure and supply chain. AEH taps into project development opportunities with strong domestic demand and rely on strong relationship with local project partner(s) for Final Investment Decision (FID) deliverables. These projects include onshore/offshore regasification and import terminal and LNG to Power projects which provides substantial baseload capacity undertakes.

As an energy investment holding company, our strategy to configure an integrated supply chain venture will be through the creation of a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) in the United States of America. Through this strategy, we have filed an IPO listing of Integrated Energy Transaction Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: ETA). Subject to SEC approval, we are raising between $150 - $200 million which will be utilized later for the proposed business combination with an existing US gas aggregator/gas marketer. Post combination with a valuation of more than $1.5 billion, it will provide a new commercial model for gas buyers in Asia Pacific and South America (and potentially some European customers). Given the strong, robust US domestic gas market in this case, it will be looked at as a hedge in implementing this commercial model as key differentiator to other major LNG suppliers.

Mission Statement:

• Focus on infrastructure and supply chain of energy transition fuel i.e Liquefied Natural gas (LNG), Blue/ Green Hydrogen, Ammonia and etc.
• As an early stage developer for energy transition infrastructure projects with the objective of facilitating and scaling up energy transition fuels into Asia Pacific by providing it at an economical price and at a utility scale.
